12. Refund and Cancellation

Refund may be applicable only when work is not completed due to a mistake from Vahan Agent’s side.

Refund will not be applicable for user-side mistakes, wrong documents, incorrect details, OTP not provided, non-response, official portal hold, RTO delay, government process delay, third-party delay, or additional document requirements.
