Vehicle Ownership Transfer Instruction

Vahan Agent provides vehicle ownership transfer assistance to make the process easier for users. You can also apply directly from the official Parivahan website: https://parivahan.gov.in/

Vahan Agent is not a government website or government-associated company. We only help with form filling, document checking, Form 29 & Form 30 preparation, OTP support, application processing assistance, and status tracking. A small service fee is charged for this assistance.

Documents Required

• Buyer Aadhaar Card
• Seller Aadhaar Card
• Aadhaar-linked mobile number of buyer and seller for OTP
• Registration Certificate / RC
• Valid Insurance
• Valid Pollution Certificate / PUCC
• Buyer and seller signature on Form 29 and Form 30

Important Process

• After you place the order, we will prepare and send you Form 29 and Form 30.

• Both buyer and seller must sign the required forms properly.

• Buyer and seller Aadhaar-linked mobile numbers are required for OTP verification.

• Our team may call for OTP only from the registered helpline number mentioned on VahanAgent.com.

• Please do not share bank OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN, password, or any financial details.

• Vehicle insurance must be valid. If insurance is expired, we can help you renew it, but insurance charges will be extra.

• PUCC must be valid. If PUCC is expired, you must visit an authorized Pollution Testing Center and make a new PUCC first.

• If any challan is pending on the vehicle, it may need to be paid before or during the ownership transfer process.

• All documents should be clear, fresh, readable, and valid.

Government Fee Information

As per the fee information provided for 25 June 2026, the approximate official government fee is:

• Two Wheeler: ₹225
• Private Car: ₹550
• Commercial Vehicle: ₹800

Government fees may change as per official portal/RTO rules. Any official fee, challan amount, insurance premium, PUCC charge, or additional government/portal charge will be extra and must be paid by the user.

Important Notes

• We do not provide any shortcut, illegal work, false transfer, or guaranteed approval.

• Final approval depends on the official portal, RTO, document verification, OTP verification, and applicable rules.

• If the official portal or RTO asks for additional documents, correction, clarification, physical verification, or any other requirement, the user must provide it.

• Refund is not applicable if the work is delayed or held due to wrong details, missing documents, pending challan, expired insurance, expired PUCC, OTP not provided, or any user-side issue.
